Message from Mrs. Little (gym teacher)

Hi my Grade 2 friends! 
Week #2 of online learning....hoping you're getting some exercise or some sort of physical activity?! If not, I have just the activity to try. Let's start off easy this week and try out this video. There are 3 parts to the video. The first part demonstrates and practices the exercises. The second and third parts of the video go through the exercises without any breaks.

Success Criteria
Day 1 
- learning and trying the different exercises in the video
-complete part 1 of the video
-the pushups are very challenging (30!) I don't expect you to complete all 30, do what you can and at your own pace and/or level....remember the different ways to do a push up (i.e from your knees)

Day 2
-complete part 1 and 2 of the video

Day 3
-complete part 2 and part 3 of the video

OPTIONAL
Day 4
-complete part 2 and part 3 of the video 
Additional follow-up 
If you would like you can send a comment (something you liked or didn't like about the video) and/or a picture of you doing the workout to your teacher's email.
