Phys. Ed. Lesson from Mrs. Little/ April 20-24

Hi my Grade 2 friends!

This is the AVENGERS FITNESS CHALLENGE! This will take you about 7 mins to complete. However, it will probably take you a total of 15 mins! You will have to watch the example and then try the exercise to make sure you know how to do the exercise properly. Then you can complete the 38 sec exercise. Once the music stops you stop and rest for 10 secs.

There are 3 choices of exercises for each Avenger. Each day you will pick a new exercise to try. I am suggesting that you stick with the same arrow choice for each day.

Remember you are only doing 1 exercise for each Avenger per day! You should be only completing 7 exercises per day. But as many as you can do in the 38 seconds. Rest when you don’t hear any music. Watch the video and you should be able to follow the expectations. Follow the Success Criteria below. Here is the link to the video and I hope you will try your best!
